This is a great question! We believe that smaller class sizes allow us to provide quality one-on-one instruction throughout class time. The Heroes program will max out at 8-10 students per class. Our Beginner through Advanced classes max out at 20 students per class. Our 2nd Round self-defense class will max out at 10 per students per class.

The answer will depend on what club/class you plan to enroll in. If you are enrolled in the Heroes program, you will get one class per week. If you are age7+ you will choose a club which will determine how frequently you will be able to attend. 30-Day Confidence Program - 2 classes per week Warrior Club - 1 class per week Black Belt Club - 2 classes per week Master's Club - Unlimited classes per week

Lil Heroes are currently only held on Friday evenings 5:45PM-6:15PM Beginner classes are held Monday-Thursday 5:45PM-6:45PM. Once you choose your club, you will choose which nights you will be attending. Intermediate & Advanced classes are held Monday-Thursday 7:15PM-8:15PM. Once you choose your club, you will choose which nights you will be attending.

Mrs. Misty, who also works at Nova Center of the Ozarks, bringing invaluable experience from her role at this nonprofit organization that specializes in working with special needs adults. Her personal insight is further enriched by her own experience raising two neuro spicy boys alongside Mr. Angelo, giving her a deep, empathetic understanding of the unique challenges and triumphs these families face. Mr. Angelo (AKA Mr. A) is known for his fun and creative approach to teaching. He excels in connecting with students on a personal level, understanding their individual needs, and helping them build and achieve their goals. Mr. Angelo is dedicated to celebrating each student's success, making the learning experience both rewarding and fun. Mrs. Marie's extensive experience working with children in private schools adds another layer of expertise to our team, particularly in creating tailored educational plans and fostering inclusive learning environments. Her background ensures that each child’s educational and social needs are met with the highest standards of care and professionalism. Mr. Dan's fun and engaging personality make him a favorite among the kids. His ability to connect with children and create a joyful, inclusive atmosphere is key in helping them feel comfortable and supported. We totally understand! New activities and schedule disruptions can be difficult. We offer a 30-Day Confidence Program where the student can attend 2 regular group classes per week for 30 days for only $49! After the 30 days, you will get to choose the club you want to sign up for.

Great question! Our different clubs offer families and students to choose what works best for their schedules and goals. Warrior Club offers 1 class per week for only $89 per month. These students wear a solid white uniform. Black Belt Club offers 2 classes per week for only $99 per month. These Students in this club wear blue jackets. Beginners wear white pants. Intermediate and Advanced students wear black pants. Master's Club offers unlimited classes each week along with two private lessons each month and one goal setting meeting each quarter for only $129 per month. Students wear red jackets. Beginners wear white pants. Intermediate and Advanced students wear black pants.
